No pantuality, though the bus was late we had to wait for more than 30 minutes because the bus that was going to Johannesburg left two passengers at the bus station then the driver took them to shell ultra city so as to get to johannesburg bus but the Cape town driver was calling the other bus and we waited longer than we had waited. Please train your staff on how to treat passengers. It was disappointing they can't even apologize when need arises.
