I am not happy with the service because apparently the bus left me at the station. That time I arrived way early for my departure time then the bus got delayed but there was no communication made about the progress of the bus. That time every Eagle Liner bus that was stopping I was going to ask if it’s the one and all the drivers kept on saying no that one is coming. So I’m unhappy at the fact that there was no proper communication made to the customer. Now I didn’t go to work and now I must buy a new ticket as if like I was never at the station.
