No announcement about when we arrived at our destination, in fact driver did not speak at all during trip. Most people were students going to UWO , young and did not complain.

The trip itself was fine, but my ticket was for drop off at Via train station in London, which was not where we were dropped off. The driver said we should have gotten an email about the change and I wasn’t the only one who had not received an email. I am not familiar with London, so to dropped somewhere unexpected with no advance warning was not appreciated. I now understand the reason and I am ok with that. But I am not ok that it was a surprise.
