Bus Tickets from Medellin to Bogotá

Modern bus with usb charging ports, organised bag stowing system, reclining sears, air conditioning. The bus left 15 mins late and was stuck in traffic for 3 hours but somehow ended up arriving 6 hours later than the stated arrival time. I specifically booked this bus so I would arrive with plenty of time for my 11pm flight but instead had to rush to the airport. Staff weren't very communicative. No toilet paper in bathroom.

We enjoyed the ease of checking in and getting our tickets however we booked an 8 hour bus however it ended up being 12. We obviously understand unpredictable traffic can’t be avoided however we wish we were made aware on the journey

El viaje en si estuvo bien, pero la hora de llegada fue muy tarde. Perdimos nuestro vuelo en Bogota gracias a eso.

Extremely cold and uncomfortable bus and very chaotic driving. Constantly breaking and accelerating making people and bags slide around the cabin.

The trip was comfortable and uneventful. The only issue was apparently the original scheduled bus (the one listed on my ticket) apparently had mechanical problems and another bus was substituted at the last moment. There was a fair amount of confusion with we non-Spanish speaking customers. It all got resolved, but an employee with a little knowledge of English would have made it easier.

The bud was great but it was very difficult to find the correct bus at the tweminal

Horrible the air conditioning it’s always on it’s feel so cold inside I was shaking in the bus everybody got sick for the air conditioners, I ask to spot but he put it harder so 10 hours in the frucking fridge and now I’m trying to fix something than someone else does it

The bus was very comfortable and Aircon was good but the 08:00am bus was cancelled and then had to go onto the 09:30 which was not ideal.

The bus left late and arrived 4 hours late. There was no wifi. It was also absolutely freezing with the AC blasting way too high for most of the 10.5 hour ride from Medellin to bogota.

First time taking your services the ride was comfortable however when they started the movies / tV shows the Audio was a bit too loud . A lot of passengers were trying to rest and the loud audio was a bit distracting .

The bus was late leaving and extremely late arriving, almost two hours, in fact. The staff were OK but didn't seem to have much respect for the passengers - I felt like an unwelcome guest rather than someone who pays their wages.

Bus from Medellín to Bogota was meant to arrive at 7.30am, and didn’t arrive until AFTER 3pm. Staff gave no explanation whatsoever. Woke up in the middle of the night and the bus was stopped with engine off in the middle of nowhere. Avoid!

Good double-decker buses but foot rest not very comfortable and lack of space if you're tall. Movies only in Spanish and staff didn't speak English.
