Customers had mixed experiences with the bus service. Some appreciated the views but mentioned issues like lack of Wi-Fi, water in the toilet, and power outlets. Suggestions included improving bathroom facilities and reducing music volume at night for a more comfortable journey.
No wi/fi no water in the toilet and nowhere to load my phone up , and one 20 minutes stop in 23 hours is a bit much , fantastic views but had no power to make a foto 🥴

Everything was fine. My two wishes for my next trip, a bathroom on the bus that works and has paper and if the driver could turn the music down at nighttime. I had ear plugs in and could still hear the music but I was in the first row.

The conductor was smoking many cigarettes in the bus, the wifi was broken and the charging sockets didn't work. The electrics were exposed and I electrocuted myself twice. Also the guy sitting next to me was making me very uncomfortable and I kept waking up to his hands between my legs. Worst bus trip of my life.

The journey was supposed to take 19 hours. It took 24. It was also unbearably cold on the bus, the AC was turned to 13 degrees for most of the trip. No-one needs it that cold.
