Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Qumbu

I was late on a Sunday, 11 minutes late and I had to rebook. I thought cause i had paid id be fined or something not a new ticket

We have been stuck in snow since 00:00am the time as I write this it’s 10:58am. The rest room/bathroom/ toilet is not in a useable condition.

I am supersatisfied, the bus arrived ontime for departure, it was clean, smelling good. The whole boarding process was smooth n easy n quick. There was order. Arived ontime at the Destination

My time was changed from 19:30 to 17:30 i was way to inconvenienced and referred to another bus

I am very disappointed I did not get the bus because it has no office around Johannesburg I was told by the security officer at the bus station

Bus driver was so kind and caring, seats are comfortable, what I like most is the communication updates between your office and the client

The bus attendant was so friendly ,and the bus was driven carefully obeying the speed limits on the road

Driving was good. But being changed into 3 different buses was bad and it was raining

Everything was okay the bus was a bit slow

On my way the heating or cooling system of the bus was not working properly. It was extremely hot. Return trip same, plus charging points not working. Return trip worse we arrived 6hrs later. Drama with passengers & buses being overbooked. Not taking this bus again.

A very poor service I had. I traveled in a cold bus the whole night with no charging pots and loud music. I had a very bad experience service from intercity xpress.

Intercity is dirty, the toilet inside was smelling. The bus kept stopping every garage. According to my ticket I was supposed to be in town at 6am but to my surprise I got there at 9am. That bus is not organised and it’s inconveniencing, I will never use it again and I’d never recommend it to anyone. Total rubbish

Drivers are not professional, very high speed on sharp curves, drivers are swearing other drivers, Very small seats , doesn’t keep time.

My experience was bad instead to arrive 07:25 am we arrive 1 o'clock poor service

The bus didn't arrive on time,now I've been stuck in blomfontein for hours with a 3 month old baby We've been waiting for another bus since 7am even now we still waiting
