The first bus had no ac everybody was hot and sweaty very uncomfortable. The second bus has urine all in the back of bus the smell made me vomit twice bothe rides were very uncomfortable.

Bus was over one hour late. Location given was not the location of pickup. Bus driver on the phone a lot driving with one hand. Talking is allowed hands free not while holding it in one hand that is a state law. He had a bus load of passengers.
