It was a mistake. I took the bus after a cruise to see some of Florida, but most of the distance is just flat land with no buildings etc - Everglades. About 150 miles like that.
About 7 hours in the same seat. I expected the bus stopped at least one time so that the passengers could stretch their feet fir a few minutes.
I asked the driver to help me with my luggage (I am 85) but he refused to help.
A flight 100 USD more and 1 hour.

I was sold seat no 20b. But there were only 15 raws, so there was no 20b. I was told to sit next to the toilet in the back raw. The smell was unbearable and people kept disturbing claiming that it 8s their seat. Overall, absolutely terrible experience.

However, some users mentioned that older buses with less effective air conditioning were used on certain routes without stop announcements. Overall experiences remain favorable despite these occasional issues.

It was not a RedCoach’s bus like the ones I traveled before, it was much older and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, also the stops were not announced. The trip was ok but this time my experience was not as pleasant as my previous trips with this great bus brand

Everything really disgusting from the station, the service and service offerings are a lie. The costumer service is the horrible. They Lost my luggage.
I need a solution pay more money to many preferential treatment and not make lines since i am senior and did not have any preferential treatment. I call the costumer service line and there are only recorders, no one answers. I need to take that luggage to my final destination country in Ecuador and now i cant because the suitcase did not arrive. They left her in Jacksonville by your mistake. I will write on all your social media networks until someone responds. I already filled out the claim form, i need the suitcase to return to Tampa since i will noblongerbbe in Miami.
