The bus was suppose to leave at 17:30 but instead it left at 22:00 without any explanation from the driver why ,then from Queenstown we were taken from Makalala bus to Apm because the bus was not going to Tsomo it was going to Mtata while Makalala made a promise that they will take me home not in a town and I was left in the rain while makalala was suppose to take home since he said he will take me home when Apm leaves me at Tsomo town then they took one person from Tsojana and left me there

Worst experience I ever had. The bus was freezing cold and constantly asking for assistance with that with no assistance being given. Been told that it is like that and there’s nothing they can do about it. Apparently it was too warm on top as it was a double deck bus, while us who were downstairs were freezing cold
