The bus dropped us at Queenstown instead of Alice. We were delayed by more than 4 hours, only arrived at Alice after 12h00.

I never enjoyed any experience with it. I regret using my money to travel with it. Firstly I came late and was not even a bus that I paid for , on top of it all it took us back to wait for people and a trip that was suppose to be from 6:40pm ended up to be From 9pm.

Terrible and I'm still angry because they came to fetch me in cape town to Joe Gqabi terminus and handed me to a quantum which departed by 22:00 pm I'm still angry i will never book that bus again they don't care
