Horrible - I bought a ticket online and was at the bus stop in advance of the time - waited for an hour in the wind outside with no shelter or anything and no bus turned up. The teacher showed that it’s on the way but it never arrived. Rang customer service who assured me that the bus is late but will arrive - after one hour wait , tired and frozen , I gave up and went to hotel in London to stay overnight as I could not go back home in Peterborough . Just a total joke!
