Comfortable bus, but the driver was unprofessional. My luggage was placed at the back and it was difficult to retrieve it. The bus driver was rude telling me that he told me where to place my bag when I first got on the bus, but that was not true. He just open the storage area without mentioning anything. I had to get on my hands and knees and retrieve my bag, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get my luggage at the designated stop.

The route and stops were not clear during purchasing. We were over an hour late for our adjusted arrival time after an initial hour delay. Would have appreciated the option to cancel or reschedule without penalty once the delay was announced.
