I didn’t like how un structured it was waiting for the bus, pick up was the main entrance of pacific central station Vancouver B.C.and the drivers assistant kept telling which side of the road to wait and there was no line everyone just rallied to the front. The bus itself was crammed and the bathroom was out of order

Bus broke down sat in cold bus for over 2 hrs at abbotsford Airport. When replacement bus finally arrived we had to retrieve our own luggage in the rain and place it in new bus. Then the new bus heat was turned way down and driver had window wide open and I was cold most of the way home. The windshield wiper on replacement bus was broken the bus had to pull over to side of coquihalla hwy several times and driver had to leave busvto manually move wiper to clean windshield . Was supposed to arrive in merritt at 12:30 pm did not arrive until 4:30 pm .

There was not alot of leg space for someone who is tall and also the wifi did nit work at all on this trip
