Bus Tickets from Uyuni to La Paz, BO

They have the heat cranked to 30C inside the bus. No windows that open. Could not sleep a minute as I was just sweating the whole time.

Terrible experience, put on a bus that left 30 minuted earlier than previously advertised time, bus was far lower quality than expectation, I also caught another passenger trying to steal my bag from between my legs at 3am in the morning, from other reviews it sounds like this is a common occurance on services by this provider.

It would have been fine if I was given the information that I needed to get an assigned seat at the bus station. I did not and I was moved around seat to seat until finally I did not have a seat and had to sit on the cold floor between the toilet and the back seat. I had an online bus ticket but no assigned seat.

Better space for sleeping than normal night buses, no temperature issues, smooth ride

Way too much heat, so hot that many of us couldn’t sleep for the whole ride… horrible

The seats were comfortable and the bus left in good time & arrived early. Only downside was the bus was unbelievably hot, it was so unbearable

The bus itself was comfortable however we had an incident in which our driver crashed into an ongoing car and continued to drive. A few hours later we got pulled over and he got arrested. We were then stranded in the middle of nowhere. The bus company organised taxis for us all but only took us to the nearest bus station 4 hours away from our destination of La Paz. Accidents happen and I doubt this is a regular occurrence but it completely ruined our plans as we didn’t get to our destination until 17 hours later than we were supposed to. Cost us a lot of extra money also.

The process was easy and the staff were professional. My seat was next to a heater vent that expelled hot air at 50 degrees C. It got caught under my chair and heated the whole chair, until it was unpleasant to sit it. The temperature in the bus was also around 30 degrees. Could not sleep due to the heat.

The bus itself was very modern and comfortable. The seats were plush and reclined nearly all the way back, the charging ports worked and the blankets were a nice touch. However the temperature control on the bus was horrible - there was no need for the heating to be up so high. I was sitting near the window with the vent blowing hot air, and I woke up sweating with my leg burning.

We booked this bus for a 180 lie flat seat and got put on a standard bus with very uncomfortable seats and an exposed seat in the middle row, not as described.

It’s nice to have AC and blanket in such cold night.

The bus dropped us off outside of the La Paz. We have to walk over 8 km with suitcases to find a taxi

Nice seats, however very loud music coming from the driver from 12 am to 5am... this shouldn't be acceptable on a night bus. It was very loud.

Bus broke down 30 minutes from La Paz with no solution offered to get there

The bus in whole is a great overnight bus. However, we were given the back seats on bottom floor and they didn’t recline to the full amount, resulting in us not being able to get to sleep fully. The other seats are great and comfortable, do not go for the back seats

The office in Uyuni was great, easy to check bags in early when we arrived from our tour of the salt flats and we were able to use the waiting area to share our phones and use the free wifi. The bus itself was really comfortable, the food provided was simple but tasted good and the attendant on the bus was lovely - we were delayed by several hours due to an accident that blocked the road and they provided updates and offered to help people who had people meeting them in La Paz to make any alternative arrangements they needed

This company is incredibly ! we had cushion, blanket, and 2 meals included! It was super clean and the staff lovely. It was like first class traveling like in the airplane

The bus itself was modern and new. But the heating didn't work all night so it was actually a horrible experience.
