After reading so many bad reviews, we were positively surprised. They even helped us with the visa and customs (handed around a QR code to fill in before we reached the border). Seats were comfortable, temperature was warm but okay for sleeping.

Terrible. They didn’t take me to La Paz. I got dropped off in Puno and their office was shut and they had no busses onward to La Paz. Got stranded for a night and had to use a different company to get to La Paz

Cruz del Sur was fine but the transfer bus Continente was awful. Bus broke down twice so I was on 4 different buses in total on this journey. Instead of getting to La Paz at 12.30pm I got there at 6.15pm
