It was ok however, the Newark station experience was not one to advertise. Our bus got to Newark around 1:35am and I had to stay on my feet between that time until 4:30am looking at empty seating areas.

Everything is okay, except the Bus to Washington DC from Newyork, if the bus would be cleaned properly, there wouldn’t be bad smell of toilet.

It was extremely callous on greyhound's part to misplace our luggage in Buffalo. The bus driver had carelessly left our luggage at the Buffalo bus station while we were en route to Washington. Our luggage consisted of 1000$+ worth of clothes which we had to wear for marriage. Extremely unprofessional behaviour on greyhound's part with extremely poor customer service. Agents are rude and are unwilling to help.
