The Air conditioning system was not working, drivers were driving too slowly on our way the bus was supposed to stop because they say some of the passengers were nit supposed to be at this bus, the time of arrival was 18h55 but we arrived by 22h34

I will never use Intercape again. I haven't arrived at Worcester. I was supposed to arrive at 18:55 but I will arrive at 2:30 am . The bus is dirty and there are no toilets.
