Generally good. Driver forgot to turn on air conditioning in the first half of the trip.

My bus was 45 minutes late to my transfer stop. And I had a 40 minutes layover before my next bus. I was told by the service attendant at the station where to go to connect with my second bus. And the bus has already left. So I had to uber because I had a flight to catch.

I was dropped at the King city go station too late to get the go train to Toronto on time. I had to wait 45 minutes outside in the heat for the next train and that moved my arrival time in Toronto by about an extra hour. Also, the train “station“ was completely locked up and unmanned. I couldn’t even use the washroom. I called Ontario Northland and even though they’re the people who took my money, they took no responsibility for the issue.
