The staff in sioux falls are amazing so are the bus drivers. My daughter is in the Childrens Masonic Hospital. Going to be ubdergoing another brain surgery. It was cold when we arrivef. Lyft wouldn't take my card. I was kicked out of the bus station. By a very black man. He was rude and mean. Your staff shouldnt be intimidating. Not only that. I almost got mugged. Your staff needs to learn how to be courtesy. Im honestly disgusted with how i was treated.
