The bus driver was excellent. The ride was smooth. Unfortunately, I waited at a park and tide for over 10 minutes for the bus ro arrive.

Generally, they do a good job, I haven't had many problems and I use them frequently, but this morning my 6 am bus was literally an hour and a half late because the original driver was sick. They have all of our emails and contact info from when we bought our ticket, if they had made us aware, we could have made other arrangements (like gone to Kingston or New Paltz to take a 7 am bus or even to Poughkeepsie for Metro North). To make matters worse, the phone line isn't manned until 7 am, so there was no way to obtain information. At 7, once the line was manned, they told me the problem and assured me that the bus would be there in 10-15 minutes. It was 45 before it arrived, with again no communication. As a result, I was almost 2 hours late for work. I guess illnesses happen, but the lack of communication, paired with the poor hours of the customer service line, made it much worse. For a full hour, we had no idea if or when the bus would arrive!
