Greyhound Saint Paul Madison recent customer reviews
I was impressed but especially with Judy the driver. She was caring towards all. Also, the stops were wonderful, where we could get off and stretch, even for 10 minutes.

Wifi does not really work as advertised. Very intermittent. There were also continual delays at each stop due to the policy to have printed tickets. Many young riders showed up with e-tix which are very common now days. The office was unable to print another rider's ticket because they arrived 10 minutes before departure. These caused delays and frustration on the part of the driver and riders.
Based on 5588 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the seats and the ticket access but often complained with the wifi. Amtrak ticket prices on this trip start at $110
