Very comfortable bus journey from Puerto Natales to El Calafate. Good space in seating area. Very windy so journey disrupted with 5 hour layover in service station.

We are still on the bus, with a huge delay mainly due to Border Control. One officer for hundreds of travellers. Unacceptable.

I would recommend this bus but highlight it did leave 20 mins late, immigration took approx 1.5hrs, and arrival in El Calafate approx 1 hr late. Also I think they changed the seats from what I booked. Bus Sur I think was nicer but this was still ok but just don’t rely on timings
