The bus left on time & arrived at the destination 30 minutes early which was great. The staff were really helpful and spoke some english which helped when we were crossing the boarder. The bus itself was comfortable and we appreciated the lunch & water provided.

Everything was fine, up until we went through passport control, which delayed our time to get to El Calafate. Luckily the bus to take us to El Chalten was also delayed.
