In general. The staff have always been super friendly but there has been lots of issues over the years with late arrivals and overbooking the bus so I can’t get on. I suggest focusing on updating your customers or having even an app to let them know if there will be a late arrival (ie.Plattsburgh - lots of issues at the stop going to or from Montreal)

absolutely terrible. The clerk at the substation told us to stay Inside for the bus driver will come in, sign in and announce the departure. We saw the bus let some passengers out and never came in and just left the station without us
