The scheduled departure was at 1pm, at 1:05pm we were told that the bus would be at least 1 hour late. The station stuff was not kind at all, and knew as little as us. At 2:40pm we were told the bus was cancelled and the next one would be at 7:45pm. God knows if that one ran as scheduled as all buses were delayed that day. I had to spend 150$ on a cab to Cleveland as I had tickets for an NBA game and could not afford to miss it!
