While the basic service was satisfactory -- the bus left and arrived on time -- there were two major issues. Firstly, the wifi was not working so it was not possible to connect to the internet for the entire 8 1/2 hour journey. I mentioned this twice to different drivers; no action appeared to have been taken. In addition, by about 3 hours into the journey the toilet was blocked and unusable. Again, very unfortunate and unpleasant for passengers.
