Bus Tickets from Montréal-Trudeau International Airport to Fairmont Le Château Frontenac

Very comfortable and spacious train. Ample room for luggage. Only downside was the luggage size. There is a maximum size before additional charges required. I was not aware of that. Was only aware of weight limit.

Very comfortable seats. Smooth journey. Delay after delay after delay... late arrival time.

It was a good experience but unfortunately my return ticket got canceled due to floods but it is definitely smooth travel

The driver was very helpful. He dropped me off in front of my hotel which was very convenient.

The driver called me because we couldn't figure out where the bus was. Then he helped me find a better place to catch the bus for the return trip.

It was a bad experience with the company Jaguaride because out of 2 trips we paid for: Montreal - Quebec and back, on the return trip from Quebec to Montreal, the van never arrived. We waited 45 minutes and had to go to the central station and buy tickets again with another transportation company. Later, we received a message via WhatsApp apologizing because the trip had been canceled (which we were not informed about in advance to adjust our return schedule) and committing to refund the amount paid within no more than 72 hours. The 72 hours passed, and when we wrote to the WhatsApp number of the company Jaguaride, there was no response. So there was neither a trip nor a refund. I do not recommend the transportation company Jaguaride because they are irresponsible and deceptive. We demand a refund for the canceled trip.
