Autobus Galland Mont-Laurier Montreal recent customer reviews
Bus never arrived to Montreal. Everything was fine from Mont -Laurier to Mont-Tremblant. Then we changed bus driver and started loosing time. We arrived late at St-Sauveur. After St-Jérôme an alarm sounded and the Bus driver stopped on the side of the Highway. He started to speak very loudly with his support team about hot tires while walking up an down the aile in panic mode, not explaining anything to the passengers. We were listening to everything being said between him and his support. It was obvious bus driver was very inexperienced. We stopped on the side of the highway and
he did not even think to put any warning triangle or signal behind the bus to avoid and accident. Only after over 10-15 min or so did his support team over the phone remind him of basic security measures. After that we stopped at a gas station for some reason then the driver said casually we are going to Laval to exchange bus. In the end bus dropped us at Cartier metro station. Nothing was officially explained by the bus driver. Never a word of apology. It was just Terrible service and we were just relieved to get of this stressful ride with a ridiculous driver who needs more training before taking charge of customers.
