The customer service over the over were so unhelpful it wasn't until I hung up and called again that I was told that behind the gas station was the greyhound. I arrived on time 1:20 because the bus tracker and 1st phone cal informed that the bus will be leaving at 1:40. It was the worse experience over the phone and this.
