The driver drove safely, however, he spent 90 percent of the time talking on his cell phone while driving, which it might represent a distraction issue, depending on your company rules. Trip left on time and arrived to Ft. Myers on time.

I had to walk so much from Miami airport to intermodal center, drained out my energy. Flixbus should depart from Miami airport just like redcoach to save that inconvenience to the customers

Thank God nobody sat next to me, because I would not have been comfortable. Even by myself was very uncomfortable. I had to sit sideways and the people in front of me put their seats back which left me no room, and the odor from the bus didn't make it any better

It was great and our driver was informative. Had a charging port right in front of my seat and Wi-Fi included. My only issue is the Wi-Fi signal was weak, but not sure it was my phone.

The bus was delayed for over 7 hours. There was no indication of when the bus will arrive. I was in limbo until 7:30 am when I decided to take the next bus that was going my direction. It was also freezing cold at the bus station. The only good thing was that the other bus that I went on was a Flix bus and the driver was very nice, courteous, and professional.

The north miami station has moved. The old address remains on all the websites I checked. This proved to be extremely inconvienent since i paid to be dropped at an abandoned location. There are no signs on the outside of the new locstion. I think this should be addressed urgently.
