Your buss driver wouldn’t let Alexander on because he arrived a couple minutes early and didn’t want to get out to open the luggage. This was in Miami downtown leaving on the early bus. He then drove to the airport to get on the next stop and the same bus driver wouldn’t let him in because his ticket was from downtown Miami. He then had to pay for another ticket and wait until the next bus.

I missed my 8am bus because there is no information on the change of stations from north miami beach to the gas station. I had to wait 3 hours to get on the next bus because of misinformation, tickets should be modified with new address and passangers informed about this. There were a few other people that had the same issue. We didn’t get any feedback at all from any greyhound staff . Very disappointed, missed my appointment and got to my destination almost 5 hours later.
