The journey was fine but the bus was meant to depart at 11:30 but came at 12:15 no communication with passengers on what was the problem and no apology. But the journey was OK. Driver was helpful and kind.

Today had been my worst experinece. I booked a ticket (10 pounds) for nottingham intending to pick the bus at Victoria. The driver noted I made a mistake and booked at golders green instead, he (465) said he would not allow me to board his unless I book another ticket. Realising I made a mistake I went to book another for 30 pounds but the ticket would not come out. I reported it and the officers told me to board the bus but the driver would not allow me unless I book another ticket again. how can a person book three tickets just for one trip
Users appreciate the good departure and arrival times, as well as the overall safety and comfort of their journey. The recorded safety information at the start was also valued. I liked the recorded info about safety on board the bus at the start of the journey and especially the request to have sound volume consideration for others if using phones or laptops.
I didn’t find a footrest however which could have helped comfort.

On 11 June 2025, my FlixBus from London Victoria to Nottingham (scheduled at 08:00 PM) was delayed by an hour, arriving at 09:00 PM. Upon boarding, I was misinformed by the driver about the stop sequence. Although the official order (confirmed by customer service representative Louis) was University of Nottingham first, followed by Broadmarsh, the driver insisted on stopping at Broadmarsh first.
Despite explaining that I had a connecting bus and requesting a drop-off at Trent University (near my stop), the driver refused and responded rudely, advising me to “call my family” or “take a taxi.” Due to this, I arrived at University of Nottingham at 12:04 AM and missed my connecting bus, leaving me stranded with no accommodation.
The driver blamed an M1 closure, which has been ongoing for over a week — an issue that should have been reflected in FlixBus’s platform and communicated in advance.
I am requesting:
• A full refund
• Compensation for the missed connection and distress
• An investigation into the driver’s conduct
Users have positive feedback about Megabus, praising the fun journeys and punctuality of buses. They appreciate on-time arrivals and professional drivers. Some mention a lack of working WiFi as a downside but overall find the experience comfortable with opportunities to charge devices.

Beacuse of late of the couch I am not happy. I sticked in London with kids after long day there, we were wet after the rain, tried and waiting for the bus one more hour was too much
