We were supposed been pick up 2.20 pm and arrive in Cardiff 6.10 pm after travelling 24 hours from Thailand bus was 1 hour late then dropped us off in Bristol had to wait over 2 hours finally left Bristol at 7.25 pm didn’t arrive in Cardiff till just before 9pm nearly 3 hours late I’m disgusted with what happened

We could not understand the driver. We could only understand "cardiff" and "city centre" but then he stopped at the university and made everyone get off. He seemed annoyed and did not stop where we were supposed to.

I thought the trip was good but at the bus station in Heathrow T3 the board advised to wait in lounge until 1min before bus was due to leave. Then it switched to go to platform 9. I walked down there straight away and the bus was pulling out. The driver said my seat was probably free but if it's not then kick them out. It wasn't free so I just sat elsewhere.
