The temperature was good on the bus, but the electric outlet did not work on at least 6 hours (the entire bus) of my 18 hour trip and the internet either did not work at all or was not allowing me to do other things for another portion of the trip.

Even that we didn't have the bus, they organize a taxi to meet the closest bus so we can get to our transfer. I was very sastified with the service
