first driver from halifax to moncton was excellent got to moncton and had ben told it would be a half hour meanwhile by 4:30 the other 2 buses were loading but we never got seated till 5:01 and the driver was really cranky and rude to clients.

I took a trip from Halifax NS to Oromocto NB, but the driver couldnt be heard from the back seat. I missed my stop, and he laughed in my face because I said I couldn't hear him. I tried to respond to him, but he ignored me as he was helping other passengers. It wasn't a comfortable response, and the last thing I needed before starting a military course at CFB Gagetown the next day. I will think twice before using your bus service again, and will be telling my story to others so they can think twice as well.
