This is a 6-7 hour bus ride from Guadalajara to Mazatlan Mexico. The driver and workers were very nice. At first there was concern because of the Mexican mafia but that didn’t amount to anything- thank God. It got me safely from one point to another- I never got off the bus. A bit interesting sights and people but would recommend this bus ride

Customers have expressed mixed opinions about the service. Some appreciated the great vehicle but mentioned significant delays of up to 2 hours. Others were dissatisfied with unscheduled stops, dirty passengers, and loud TV volume. Additionally, late arrivals caused worry for some customers who felt uninformed about bus schedules.
unscheduled stops to pick up individuals. one group was dirty and badly in need of a shower. A bit annoyed when they slip the driver a few pesos and we pay full fair. Would prefer individual control for TV. Volume was to loud for sleeping.
