They insisted bags went in the hold when I wanted it beneath my feet. When it came out the other end it stank, it's disgusting

It took 18 hours instead of the 15h 45mins. The bus was quite dirty, the seats and toilet. The seats did go back further than I expected which is a plus.

Excellent trip. I got the ‘leito cama’ seat. Most comfortable way of travelling I’ve ever taken. No more internal flights around Brazil. I will definitely use Nordeste Transportes for all future long distance travel here.

5 hours delayed with no explanation. Driver made a 40 minute food stop 1 hour from our final destination, when everyone was frustrated and just dying to get there. Chargers didn’t work. Toilet smelt like sewage
