The bus was late but there was no information to the passenger. So kept trying on the help line and finally managed to get thru after 30 mins. But the driver on this bus ( 1255 pm from Exeter to Torquay on the 12th of Nov) was very apologetic about the delay. Would be nice if National Express has a system of updating the passenger re any delays. Otherwise, was a comfortable ride.
