The driver got us from point A to point B exactly on time. The driver let us know that she was in charge and her threats of removal to any unruly passengers was believed. The driver gave short , curt, answers to questions from uncertain passengers and injected sighs to further communicate her annoyance of any vocal interactions even at a full stop while dropping the apologetic young and uncertain passenger off at perhaps, his stop. The driver exclaimed that Portland was her last stop and was done for the day and coul hardly wait. She flung suitcases wildly out from under the bus as we scattered to find our luggage all around the sidewalk. We were all relieved to get off of her bus and hopefully never run into her again. She needs a vacation of sorts. I was a first time rider from another state. Hopefully she is the only bad apple.

It was actually one of the worst experiences I have ever had. It wrecked on the bus. It smelled like a porta potty had fallen over and leaked out in the bus. On top of that, it was basically filled with homeless people. One person was smoking on the bus. It was absolutely disgusting in every possible way, and I would recommend this bus to absolutely no one.

Security should be a priority for the Greyhound service, and it is not. There are no security measures or protocols, and NOBODY checks that the ticket actually belongs to the person who presents the ticket.
