i have never left a negative review but i had the worst travel experience of my entire life. having two extremely late bus drivers resulting in missing my bus transition at 5 in the morning and waiting two hours to find out the next available bus wouldn’t get me to my destination until 8 hours past the time i was supposed to get home. i have also never experienced so much harassment, i was followed and bothered by a man from my bus for 30 minutes and was also intentionally woken up by and bothered by men in my bus for the entire trip even upon moving seats many times and asking to be left alone.

The staff in Sacramento were unbelievably incompetent, except for the security guard.. The agent who looked at my ticket not 1 time, not 2 times, but 3 times and gave me the wrong gate information for my connecting bus to my final destination.. My daughter and I missed our connection and the agent was very rude not only to me but to many other people.. I will NEVER use Greyhound again, absolutely horrible service..
