If I could give Greyhound 0 stars, I would. I bought these tickets two weeks in advance, and I was relying on Greyhound to provide a timely service. Instead, my bus was delayed by 6 hours. My arrival time was originally at 4:40 pm, but I finally arrived at my destination at 10:45 pm. The staff at the information desk was not helpful in providing a solution to the problem, and I was never informed why there was such a big delay. Overall, I am very disappointed with the services provided by Greyhound.
