New York Trailways Corning New York City recent customer reviews
I took two journeys with y'all company and it was good service. Drivers drive clean and they were accommodating throughout the initial loading on. One of best comfortable rides of many companies put there and I felt safe.

I didn't use the ticket going to NYC because I rode with a family. So when I tried to return to Corning, I found out that the schedule had been changed and I didn't receive any notification. I couldn't make the connecting bus from Binghamton to Corning. I had to find another way to get home. It was a major inconvenience on the family.

Problems started in Binghamton. Bus 1 hr. late. Driver (a replacement for no-show orig. driver) had never driven this route. Got off Rt.80 as soon as we entered NJ and headed North-east. Took us nearly to Patterson befrore heading south to Newark. Choice of routes seemed inexplicable. We spent hours traveling at 5 mph thru NJ traffic. And another issue: My ticket indicates the route from Binghamton had one intermediate stop: Scranton, PA. There is no mention of a second stop at Newark. I booked on Trailways because the departure time was later than the Corning-to-NYC bus route run by OurBus. Next time I'm going to take OurBus.
