Number 9 bus...27 June 2025. It's not what I expected as I've been hearing praises about this bus..The bus drivers only introduced themselves after Midrand. There was an extra person without a seat as it seems a double booking happened. At the borders they didn't bother themselves to help the passengers. We were moved from one counter to the other as there was none of our drivers were visible to assist. I must say I was disappointed

The bus had a breakdown in Zimbabwe and I told the bus crew that I'm in a rush and they stopped another bus for me to border,then in the border I got in to another swiss bus that was from Bulawayo to Jo'burg
