The seats were very comfortable, with dividing curtains for privacy, tray tables for food, tv screens on the seat backs, and a decent recline for sleeping.

Enjoyed that the bus was clean and comfortable. The driver did a great job and the onboard was very diligent. Didn't enjoy that the departure was 45 minutes late and the arrival in Calama was 90 minutes late - there were no traffic issues or accidents along the way - maybe PlusChile need to revise their trip times for accuracy?

The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful . It’s a bit hard though to put the suitcases in the luggage compartment because it’s a bit too high . Maybe the guests should be reminded that loud phone/video calls are a bit disturbing.
