The second bus driver that came on at kamloops was very stressed and very rude to one passenger.

The bus was an hour late due to highway construction, but I received email updates and a phone call to let me know what time it would be arriving to pick me up. I also like the online live map so I could see exactly where it was. I appreciate that there is wifi available on the bus. The downside is the seats are uncomfortable with no lumbar support. The stops are at weird random places with inadequate restrooms and food choices. It would be a good idea to provide masks for passengers who are coughing and ask them to wear it so they don’t get everyone on the bus sick. Overall it got me where I needed to go, and with Greyhound no longer in business it is an important service. The driver was friendly and helpful.
