We booked a ticket from Cartagena to Palomino. The first part would take us from Cartagena to Santa Marta, the second part from Santa Marta to Palomino. In the first part we left an hour early, bus still ended up arriving 1,5 hours later then sheduled. This meant that we already missed our connection to Palomino. Furthermore, we didn´t even go to the designated spot in Santa Marta (terminal), we stopped somewhere random at the roadside. We didn´t know how to continue our journey and neither one of the buss drivers were able to help us. We stayed at the side of the road for over an hour and a half, before finally continuing our journey. We didn´t change busses, as forseen, and didn´t know where we would end up. Eventually we arrived at Palomino with over 3,5 hours of delay and a lot of stress, not knowing wether or not we would actually make it. Even when we asked the drivers, they couldn´t answer our questions or help us. Bad experience.

At the Busterminal no information from staff at the counter or staff in the waiting room. No information that it „was mandatorio“ to exchange at the Brasilia company desk the Online Ticket into a paper ticket

Without advance notice we were rebooked onto Expreso Brasilia which has a terrible reputation. Seat reservation lost and we ended up in broken seats next to the toilet whose door didn’t close and stank. Halfway through the journey they told us to get on a different bus. Nobody told the driver of that bus to stop at our stop so the bus went past without stopping. All seatbelts on both buses were missing or broken. The air-con only worked intermittently with most of its airvents broken too. If I could give zero stars I wojld

Seats are comfortable, WiFi works most of the time. But I was initially told that my online ticket won't take me to Palomino and it was different. Also arrived 2 hours late

It was a good ride, the seats are comfy.
But in the second bus they played a movie which was all about shooting, fighting and killing and super loud. Doesn’t help for a nice atmosphere being forced watching or listening to that. Additionally we had a 3h delay and noone ever talked about that or said sorry. I am ln vacation and not in a rush but I think there is lack of communication ;)
