Espreso Bolivariano has very modern and new buses. Everything seems to be brand new, like not used that much :). Buses are safe, I noticed that tyres are as well in excellent shape.
Drivers: well - in Latin America all of them are race drivers 😁. Anyway both of them (after 5 hours they change) were professionals.

The driver is very professional but the bus itself is old and does not have many things it advertises like Wifi or screens. And it stops everywhere so that we arrived very late.

Comfortable, well-equiped buses. Enough time at rest stops for a snack or quick meal. Our bus broke down causing a 2+hour wait for a new bus. Luckily we weren’t that late getting into Medellin.
According to customer reviews, there were several negative experiences with this bus service. Passengers complained about the buses not being at the correct terminal and issues with the app. Additionally, there were reports of non-functioning toilets, delays in arrival times, and lack of information regarding rest stops. Some passengers also mentioned discomfort during the ride and a lack of preparedness for emergencies or accidents.
Not good. The bus was two hours late. We arrived at 9:30 at night. It was supposed to be an 8 and a half hour drive, but it was almost 12 hours.

AWFUL! Not the bus they advertised. No aircon, no toilet, children(bus drivers children…)screaming, dogs puking. It left 40 mins behind schedule. The first 1.5 hours consisted of picking up random people (without tickets) off the side of the streets to fill the empty spots (and even when the bus was full!!). Stopping every 3-4 mins. No leg room, awful smell. Half way through our trip to Medellin (from bogota) we were told to get off this bus on the side of the road and move into a bigger bus in front of us. No warning. This bus was better, but we had to sit in bad seats as we got on with people who had already been travelling for hours. Avoid at alllll costs

The journey was on time and comfortable. However our luggage in the hold got wet and there was a lot of moisture inside the bus, making us damp.

Bus ran to time and the bus it self was clean, spacious and fairly new. The driving was abit erratic at times, noting there were hills and was an overnight bus. The bus did not stop much, except for stops along the way for packages in random locations. Would recommend the overnight bus, but pack warm clothes.
The bus service is praised for being safe and punctual by customers. However, some passengers reported discomfort due to high temperatures on board and twisty roads, leading to motion sickness. Additionally, there were complaints about seating arrangements and cold temperatures inside the bus resulting in a delayed arrival at the destination.
we were seated seperatley with my himusband and it was cold in bus. We arrived 2 hours later in destination.

The trip was fine but the bus trip was 12 hours, not 9 hours. It is not good to be deceiving about the travel time. I don’t think it was ever possible to do the trip in 9 hours. Bus is should just be transparent about the travel times. We had to make plans for accommodation and we felt this was not good practice

It was a fine overnight trip. It arrived a bit early, so I had a coffee as the sun could finish coming up before I went out to visit public transit.
