Pretty bad. Firstly, I ended up waiting at the bus stop only to layer found out that my bus had been rescheduled for 2 hours (didn't receive any email or anything). Later, I contact support where they provide me a tracking link for the bus. The bus ended up completely skipping my stop! Because of this, my Canada Day plans were just ruined!
