The bus was clean. Staff was efficient. Only issue is that Expreso Plamira states its buses have Wifi. While this is technically true, the internet is poor at best outside of the local terminals. The bus did leave 30 minutes late but this was due to lack of passengers. At least this was my and the other rider's opinion. Still overall the trip was very enjoyable. Seats are comfortable. Only a maximum of two individuals per row. In other words a lot of space. Seats recline significantly. Definitely a plus for those who wanted to rest.

The bus is very Nice to travel with. I had a lot of space by the chairs. They give use a blanket, so You can really chill in the bus. The bus arrive perfect at the time in Cali but we were 40 minutes to late in Armenia. But it was a relaxed and comfortable trip!

Overall the trip was fine. But as I boarded the bus with my girlfriend I went to sit at my preselected seats and was told to move by the young assisting the driver. Later, as it turned out, we were told to move again to the original seats we had tried to sit in. Then when I checked my bag, same lady, she tagged my bag but did not give me the claim check. I thought this was odd, as I travel fairly often, but since the language barrier can be an issue I avoided trying to say anything. When we got off at our stop in Armenia, she asked me for the claim ticket, I frowned instantly and told her, in English, that she never gave me the claim ticket. In fact, I remember she put it in her uniform pocket. She knew which bag we had checked in and did not offer resistance in giving us our bag, but it was a bit annoying and she definitely is not the sharpest person. Other than that, the internet is okay at best, the rest of the trip was fine. After all the main issue when traveling is getting to ones destination and on time. Both were not an issue. Only other thing is the printed ticket seemed to cause some confusion. I bought our tickets on line. Regardless of the minor issues I would use your service again. This is just a fair and honest evaluation.
