Greyhound Buffalo Montreal recent customer reviews
buses are uncomfortable, cramped, and dirty. my trip from Buffalo to Montreal took 15 hours (almost double the time if driving in a car) and had 2 layovers that i was not aware of at the time of booking. if i could cancel my return trip for free i would. i might cancel anyway and just pay for a new trip on megabus because i don't think i can handle this on the way home.

The bus arrived more than 1 hour and a half late. The greyhound staff at the buffalo terminal were useless and very impolite, helping and informing nobody. Pathetic service. We had were going from Buffalo USA to Montréal, via Toronto and Ottawa. As a result if the buses lateness we missed our connections and had to wait a Toronto bus station from 3am to 7:30am, to get to Ottawa at 2pm and Montréal near 5pm (instead of 9am i' the morning). As a result we lost a whole day for nothing.
The connections on the website suck because you only know there is a connection once you have paid and printed the ticket, at which time you discover that you have a layover of 15 minutes, which obviously isn't enough.
I never leave bad comments because I respect other people work. I also understand that buses arrive late due often to traffic. But in this case the greyhound personnel were pathetic (except the bus driver who was the only one who cared).
